Refunds
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you have ordered the wrong product or inputed the wrong information. If only your product is damaged upon arrival (photographic evidence required) will you be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are not applicable if you ordered the wrong product or size. If you have entered the wrong shipping information we will try our best to get your product to you, but, a refund will not be applicable if nothing can be done. If you have entered the wrong address, email us at info@latencyfashion.com within 72 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it.

We want to be fair and transparent.  Any garment that has been worn we cannot re stock and therefore we cannot accept it back. 

Non-refundable items:
Gift cards

To complete your refund, we require a receipt/invoice and photographic evidence of the product

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved/disapproved it. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
